Our Philosophy

My Journey
My passion for nutrition began at a young age, sparked by my active lifestyle and involvement in sports. This interest shaped my education and career choices, leading me to study A-Level Human Biology, Biochemistry, and Food & Nutrition. I also trained as a chef in classic French cuisine as part of my Hotel & Catering Management training, which laid the foundation for my deep understanding of food and wellness.
Early in my career, I worked in a 5-star hotel in Bermuda before launching and running my own restaurant. Later, while raising my two sons and managing several family businesses, I achieved a BA (Hons) Degree in Education, which led me to a fulfilling career as a teacher. During this time, I combined my love for nutrition and education by running cooking clubs, teaching children and parents to prepare and cook nutritious, healthy dishes.
A life-changing illness ultimately forced me to leave teaching, but it also marked the beginning of a transformative wellness journey. Relocating to Spain, I began months of intensive research, studying the principles of “Food as Medicine.” I immersed myself in the works of leading Functional Medicine Doctors, attended seminars, and completed online courses. By applying this knowledge, I healed my body, transitioned off medication and became healthier and more vibrant than ever.
Inspired by my personal transformation, I became a Certified Nutrition Coach with the Food Matters Institute. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my expertise, particularly in the science of the gut microbiome. Research has shown that our gut health plays a vital role in reducing inflammation, balancing hormones, and supporting brain function. I am deeply committed to the belief, supported by experts like Dr. Mark Hyman, that food is the most powerful tool we have to take control of our health.
My mission is to help others regain their health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes. I believe that no single diet works for everyone—our bodies are unique, and our approach to health should reflect that. With a gentle, holistic approach, I aim to support you in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
